Who we are

What we collect
When you request an invitation, we collect your name, email, WhatsApp number, city, occupation, your stance on the current question, your written argument, and, if you give it, a LinkedIn or X profile. If you’re invited and RSVP, we also record your acceptance or decline, dietary notes if you give them, and, on the night, whether you checked in.
What we do with it
We use it to decide who to invite, to run the RSVP and check-in process, and to reach you about future editions. We don’t sell your data, and we don’t share it beyond the small team that runs the table.
Recording notice
The conversation is recorded on video and photo. Short clips and quotes may be published on Ogagun’s channels. Guests consent to this when they accept their invitation. Say the words “off the record” and it won’t be published.
How long we keep it
We keep invitation requests for 24 months so we can consider you for future editions, then delete them. Ask us to delete yours sooner, any time.
Your rights
Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 you can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, have it deleted, or object to how we use it. You can also stop hearing from us about future editions at any time. Just email us at hello@withogagun.com.
